Conditions
The prices applied are all VAT included and are already the minimum prices. Please do not make further requests for discounts, which will not be taken into consideration. For each order placed on our online shop, the invoice request must be requested at the same time as the purchase by filling in the appropriate spaces or within 7 days of the order date by written communication reporting the billing data.
Conditions of the online purchase contract
The general contract conditions are applicable to all offers on this site (https://www.bazargiusto.it/en/) of the company BAZARGIUSTO SRL, Viale Alfred Nobel 7, Avigliana (PG) with VAT number 12112460014. By making the purchase, the buyer acknowledges the effectiveness and applicability of these general conditions by accepting them WITHOUT RESERVATIONS (thus constituting the entire agreement between the parties). The customer undertakes and obliges, once the "online" purchase procedure has been completed, to print and keep the general conditions reported on the various pages of the site which, moreover, he will have already viewed and accepted as an obligatory step in the the purchase, as well as the specifications of the product being purchased, in order to fully satisfy the condition set out in the articles. 3 and 4 of the Decree. Legislative n° 185/1999.
The buyer is strictly prohibited from entering false and/or fictitious data in the Online Order procedure necessary to activate the process for the execution of this contract and the related further communications; the personal data must be exclusively your own real personal data and not that of third parties or fictitious data. The customer authorizes the company BAZARGIUSTO SRL and undertakes to provide, at the discretion of the latter, a copy of the unexpired identity documents. Failure to comply with the request for documents authorizes BAZARGIUSTO Srl to terminate the contract due to non-compliance by the buyer. It is expressly prohibited to make multiple registrations corresponding to the same person or to enter data of third parties. BAZARGIUSTO Srl reserves the right to legally prosecute any violation and abuse, in the interest and protection of all consumers.
The Client relieves the companyBazargiustosrl from any liability deriving from the issuing of incorrect tax documents due to errors relating to the data provided by the Customer, the Customer himself being solely responsible for the correct insertion.
Product prices may vary continuously, as a result of constant changes in market conditions, and our costs of acquisition, management, transportation, logistics, etc...
Any order placed by telephone, email or through any channel except sites other than https://www.bazargiusto.it/en/ refers to the same conditions reported on this page.
In the event of an error in the publication price of a product, any order for this product will not be processed and will consequently be cancelled.
BAZARGIUSTO SRL reserves the right to prevent access to the site and/or the BAZARGIUSTO Services, to limit, suspend or close an account, to remove or modify the contents of the site at its discretion, in case of violation of the applicable legal provisions , these General Conditions of Use, or the applicable guidelines or policies.
Shipping and delivery
Purchases made on www.bazargiusto.com are delivered via national couriers to the delivery address indicated at the time of the order. During the order procedure it is possible to indicate a contact person and a place of delivery different from the data provided for the order header and invoicing.
For every order placed,Bazargiustoissues online a suitable receipt document for the shipped material valid for the guarantee. For the issuing of these documents, the information provided by the customer at the time of the order is valid.
Shipping costs are free in Italy with GLS courier except for the smaller islands where a supplement of €8.50 is required and shipping will be entrusted to Poste Italiane.
Delivery is made at street level, it is the customer's responsibility to verify the accessibility of the ordered goods to the delivery location and to report any difficulties before the goods depart.
In case of failure to deliver the courier will make a new attempt, if he fails to deliver again the shipment will go into storage.
All stocks are released by us free of charge with delivery on the working day following notification and with telephone notice to the number entered at the time of the order. If the shipment enters storage again without communication from the customer, the goods will be returned to our warehouse with consequent cancellation of the order.
National and international couriers make deliveries from Monday to Friday, during normal working hours regulated and indicated by them.
No liability can be attributed toBazargiustodue to delays in delivery attributable to the transporter in charge.
In the event of tampering and/or breakages of the packaging, the customer must "ACCEPT WITH RESERVATION", personally describing the damage in detail on all copies of the courier's delivery receipts.
In the event of obvious damage to the products, the customer can directly refuse the delivery, personally describing the reason for the failure to collect on all copies of the courier's delivery receipts.
The original packaging and any accessories must in any case be maintained for the entire duration of the product warranty, so as to be able to reuse them in the event of returns, defects or otherwise.
Once the presence of damage caused by transport has been ascertained, the customer is required to report it toBazargiustowithin 3 working days of receipt of the goods by email, complete with photographic documentation of the packaging and damaged goods.
The customer who for any reason does not follow the above-mentioned instructions of this contract will not subsequently be able to claim aBazargiustoany shortages or damage caused by the carrier.
Pursuant to art. 1495 of the civil code, complaints will not be accepted after 8 days. from receiving the goods.
Returns Policy
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 21/2014, regarding distance selling, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason. The communication must be addressed via written communication within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the case of purchases of products customized according to the instructions requested by the customer or cut to size.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used to pay for the order, in the case of cash on delivery the refund will be made via bank transfer.
We do not accept cash on delivery returns for any reason, they will be rejected and returned to the customer.
Bazargiustowill credit the customer with the amount paid, excluding shipping costs, within 7 working days of receiving the return.
The right of withdrawal is not applicable if the product is not returned intact, or in case of partial use, damage to the product or breakage of the guarantee seal; in the absence of integral elements of the product or in the absence of original packaging.
It is suggested that you return a product using traceable shipping methods.
Guarantees
Our products are guaranteed for 24 months from the date of purchase for private use and 12 months for professional use, unless otherwise specified.
The warranty refers to any defects in the new material supplied by us, used correctly and in accordance with the user manuals attached to the product if present.
Parts subject to normal wear (springs, cables, tubes, connectors, batteries of all kinds and types, etc.) or otherwise damaged by the user are therefore excluded.
The warranty consists of the free repair or replacement by us of the parts which in our opinion present defects in material or functioning, thus excluding parts subject to deterioration due to use.
All other forms of compensation for any reason are also excluded.
Payment methods
The customer can select the following payment types.
Credit card:
in cases of purchase of goods with credit card payment method, the credit card will be charged at the same time as the online transaction is concluded. Payment by credit card is made via the NEXI system. The credit card code submission form is hosted at NEXI which guarantees maximum reliability, confidentiality and security of transactions. in the case of cash on delivery purchases, an additional contribution starting from €6.00 will be applied to the total amount, clearly highlighted when choosing the payment method. Payment, to be made directly to the courier, will take place upon delivery of the products and must be made exclusively in cash up to a value of Euro 400.00.
