 In the event of loss, theft, deterioration and destruction of the license plate, circulation of the vehicle is permitted only after the owner has affixed a panel with a white background showing the information contained in the original license plate.
 The position, size, as well as the inscription characters, must correspond to those of the original plate. (from Art.102 paragraph 2).
 Yellow background:
 For repeater plates of agricultural trailers and towed operating machines, the panel with a yellow background must be used. The position, size, as well as the inscription characters, must correspond to those of the original plate.
