Shipping
You will be able to receive our products comfortably at home, we will entrust your package to our trusted couriers.
The shipping times indicated are valid only for orders confirmed before 1pm, orders after this time will be shipped the following day.
Shipping is free with TNT courier except for the smaller Italian islands (Elba, Egadi, Aeolian, Lampedusa, Pantelleria, etc.) or disadvantaged locations (Venice Lagoon, etc.) including foreign ones (Corsica, Balearics, etc.).
For shipments to remote locations, Poste Italiane / SDA can be used as a courier regardless of the initial choice of carrier with indicative delivery times of 3-5 working days.

It is not possible to deliver to remote European areas such as small islands. In these cases you will be refunded and your order will be cancelled.
Returned with refund
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 21/2014, regarding distance selling, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason.
The communication must be addressed within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
The purchased product must be returned NEW and SEALED at the customer's expense within 14 working days from the delivery date and sent to the following address:

We will refund the amount paid as soon as we verify the integrity of the product.
The refund will be exclusively of the total cost of returned products, any transport and/or collection costs will not be reimbursed.
To proceed with the return, complete the form below and indicate the reason for the return.
You will receive a refund of the amount paid via the payment method used to make the purchase.
Remember that for cash on delivery payments you will still have to provide your bank details to obtain a refund.
It will not be possible to return products made to measure, made to order, perishable or where it is clearly indicated that the right of withdrawal is not applicable.
If you are not satisfied with one or more of the products in your order, you can easily exchange or return them. Fill out the form and you will be contacted to define all the details of the return.
